We purchase blocks of residential properties which are profitable & self financing as they are typically fully tenanted and currently generating a minimum of 8% rental yields. Each building is usually purchased as a “distressed sale” direct from financial institutions or compulsory auctions and would typically be discounted 20%-30% below the current market prices. 

Our strategy is to purchase the properties through a combination of local bank financing and equity raised through private investors in Germany and Overseas. 
Propfund was established as a special purpose company to enable foreign investors to participate in the fund. It is an excellent low risk opportunity for private investors to share in the best property deals in Germany normally only available to institutional investors.
