Prices for condominiums rose by 2.17% in August, according to Hypoport’s HPX-index.It is the third monthly increase in a row and the index has now reached 102.80 points, setting a new record.
The increase in August was also the sharpest since the beginning of the HPX survey. The total price index, which in addition to condominiums also includes the prices for single family houses and duplexes, also reached a new record at 101.95 points.
